Los Angeles County Firefighters Memorial Widows and Orphans Fund The Los Angeles County Firefighters Memorial Committee has an established Widows and Orphans Fund with a 501c3 account for our fallen brothers that may give tax advantages for businesses that wish to donate funds to the families. Contributions to this fund will be equally distributed to the Hall and Quinones families. If you wish to mail a donation, please send to: Los Angeles County Firefighters Memorial Widows and Orphans Fund Donations also may be made in the families names to any of the following charitable organizations.
