County of Los Angeles Fire Chief Anthony C. Marrone and Chief Deputy Jon F. O’Brien joined Fifth District Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger at her annual Foster Youth Holiday Party on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Six Flags Magic Mountain in the City of Valencia.

Each year, the County of Los Angeles Fire Department (LACoFD) partners with Supervisor Barger and the Department of Children and Family services to provide toys and support to foster youth during the holiday season.

Hundreds of children and teens enjoyed lunch, crafts, holiday photos, and selected their favorite toy or sports equipment to take home in celebration of the holiday season. The celebration concluded with participants spending the remainder of the day enjoying the amusement park.

This annual event reflects the continued commitment to supporting ABC7’s Spark of Love Toy Drive campaign; strengthening partnerships that bring joy and lasting memories to children and family throughout Los Angeles County.

To donate new, unwrapped toys or sports equipment to the Spark of Love campaign visit your local LACoFD fire station or fire.lacounty.gov/spark-of-love.
