The County of Los Angeles Fire Department’s (LACoFD’s) Heavy Rescue Unit assigned to Fire Station 103, in the City of Pico Rivera, was featured in a recent episode of Meet the Fleet. The episode highlighted the exceptional skills of Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) Task Force members and vehicles involved in the technical rescue program.
During the episode, the host, Ryan Zummallen, conducted a field interview with LACoFD Fire Captain Quintin Humphrey, at Fire Station 13 located in Vernon. Fire Captain Humphrey emphasized the extraordinary capabilities of Heavy Rescue Unit 103 utilized during numerous critical life-saving scenarios.
