The Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD) hosted a promotional ceremony on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at the Rowland Heights Community Center.
Interim Fire Chief Anthony Marrone and the executive staff were joined by Department personnel, family, and friends as 12 individuals received their new badges and identification cards.
“On my behalf and the behalf of the executive team, promotional ceremonies are the best thing we get to be involved in,” said Chief Marrone. “It is a celebration, not only for our employees, but also the people that support them. We realize that without friends and loved ones, you probably would not have the support to do what it takes to promote to a higher level.”
