Members of the Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD) Fire Behavior Burn Cadre participated in the 2019 Firehouse Expo from October 8-12, 2019 in Nashville, Tennessee.

At the annual expo, thousands of first responders learn life-saving techniques, network, and gain more knowledge about the latest topics and trends in the fire service.

LACoFD Fire Captain Jason Ghorbani attended the expo and lent his expertise as an instructor in aggressive fire control, flow path, ventilation entry search tactics and engine company operation classes.

“It is an honor to represent the Fire Department at a national level every year at the Firehouse Expo. The opportunity to train and share experiences with other firefighters, as well as bring progressive live fire training to this conference, is humbling and simply awesome,” said Captain Ghorbani.

The local government cable station for Murfreesboro, Tennessee highlighted the training in a story:  https://youtu.be/FV-NfKYorMI
