This year, LAC+USC Hospital recognized Los Angeles County Fire Fighter Paramedic (FFPM) Thomas Sullivan as its “Medic of the Year”.

The recognition ceremony took place on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the LAC+USC Base Station in Los Angeles.

“The award I am receiving is a direct reflection of the people I work with every day,” said FFPM Sullivan.  “I am honored to uphold the tradition of service, the reputation of Fire Station 3 and everyone who has come before me.”

Every year, LAC+USC doctors and nurses nominate peers that perform excellent patient care, provide clear concise reports, successfully handle critical calls and effectively build positive relationships with hospital staff.
