Celebrating Fire Service Days 2025

Celebrating Fire Service Days 2025 1024 681 Colton Lucas

Held annually in the month of May, the County of Los Angeles Fire Department (LACoFD) invites community members to connect with local firefighters, view fire apparatus displays, learn about safety and emergency services, and explore information about career and youth programs in the fire service.

On Saturday, May 3, 2025, all LACoFD fire stations opened their doors for residents to visit with local firefighters and tour their local fire station.

The LACoFD North Regional Operations Bureau (NROB) also hosted its Regional Fire Service Day event at Fire Station 129 in the City of Lancaster on the same day. This event welcomed hundreds of guests of all ages to enjoy a variety of fun activities, including safety demonstrations by the Urban Search and Rescue team, a helicopter water drop, a rescue simulation from the Air Operations crew, visits with our canine friends, Hands-Only CPR instruction, and more.

If you missed the Countywide fire station open houses or the NROB Fire Service Day event, join us for two upcoming regional service day events scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for fun-filled activities, safety demonstrations, and more!
