The Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD) held its inaugural retirement celebration luncheon on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Department headquarters.

LACoFD Fire Chief Anthony C. Marrone, Battalion Chief Chad Sourbeer, and Fire Captain Sheila Kelliher were joined by Department team members, families, and friends to properly honor recently retired personnel for their many years of County service.

Seven retired personnel received a special recognition award from the Association of Chiefs for their hard work and dedication, along with their commitment to embodying the Department’s core values while serving the residents of Los Angeles County.

The LACoFD wishes all of its retirees a long, happy, and healthy retirement!
